We continually request translation work from A&People. For us, the key point is the fact they accurately translate expressions that are unusual or unique to IT, and accurately incorporate information learned from prior translations into our subsequent translation requests, based on their understanding of our company's business and policies. Over multiple projects, we know we’ll receive precise translations.

We requested translations in the past of documents that contained automotive terminology (Spanish, English, and Chinese). From the standpoint of quality, we received extremely positive evaluations of the translation from our overseas customers as well. With regard to delivery deadlines, we always receive a prompt response from A&People’s coordinators, even when we make impossible demands, and they make the maximum effort to coordinate with our delivery dates. They’ve been a tremendous help. One issue is their pricing, which I think might be a bit on the high side. We want to ask them to handle our local interpreting work as well, but depending on the price we can’t meet our budget.
